Shipping and deliveries are made in accordance with the standard rules and regulations of the shipping provider.
Arrival time for standard ground shipments is dependent on the distance of the package destination. Chocolate Creations Inc. does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or national U.S. holidays. Chocolate Creations Inc. does not deliver to post office boxes. You will have the option to check shipping rates from your shopping cart. Chocolate Creations Inc. is committed to providing quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know within 10 days of shipping and we will help you immediately. Shipping and handling costs cannot be reimbursed on refunds or credits.
Logos and Custom Orders
Any products that are customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or defective. This includes logos, custom molded chocolates and organic chocolate.
